Classes Have Concluded Dutchess Works One-Stop Employment and Training Center is currently conducting the NCDA Career Development Facilitator (CDF) Training. This Program is an opportunity for career service providers to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to apply for national certification as Global Career Development Facilitators. The Curriculum is approved by the Center for Credentialing in Education and endorsed by the National Career Development Association, The National Employment Counseling Association and the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals.

This Intensive 120 Hour college level curriculum
is being taught by Marjorie Hendrickson, MS, a NCDA Master Career
Counselor, National Certified Career Counselor and a CCE approved Trainer.
