Dutchess Works is a true One-Stop Employment Center that has earned the right to the "One-Stop" label by meeting Federal Legislative requirements. As such we proudly offer the following services:

1. Friendly, knowledgeable staff to provide information, consultation, and employee search assistance.

2. Assessment and direction in working with other government and non-profit employment agencies.

3. Workshops, skills training, and Job Prep sessions offering training on up-to-date skills  

4. Real assessment of job seeker employment readiness.

5. Availability to a terrific supply of trained, screened and assessed job seekers.

6. List your job openings with us. In addition to matching qualified candidates to your job openings we will list your openings with our partners which include the Dept. of Labor for wider exposure.
